Outlook 2007 Setup
1. In Microsoft Outlook 2007, from the Tools menu at the top, select Accounts Settings.

2. Under the E-mail tab, select New... from the top menu bar.

3. Click the check box at the bottom of the window labeled Manually configure server settings or additional server types. You do not need to fill out the fields in this window. Click Next.

4. Click Internet E-mail from the selection if not already selected. Click Next.

5. Enter your information into each section as follows:
- Your Name: This is the name which recipients will see when sending them e-mail. Usually this is your first and last name.
- E-mail Address: The email address provided to you by iboza. Example: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
- Account Type: Select POP3.
- Incoming mail server (POP3): This will be mail.{yourdomain} where {yourdomain} is the domain name associated with your email account. Example: mail.iboza.net or mail.example.com
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): This should be the same as the Incoming mail server (POP3)settings above.
- User Name: The username provided to you by iboza.
- Password: The password provided to you by iboza.
5b. Ensure the checkbox labelled Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) is not checked.
5c. Click More Settings...

6a. In the Internet E-mail Settings window, choose the Outgoing Server tab.
6b. Enable the Checkbox labelled My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
6c. Ensure the option Use same settings as my incoming mail server is selected.
6d. Click on the Advanced tab.

7. Change the Outgoing server (SMTP) port from 25 to 587 as highlighted in the image below. Click OK.

8. Click on Test Account Settings.

9. Check to ensure that the tasks complete successfully as shown in the image below. Click Close once completed.

10. Click Next.

11. Click Finish and finalize the account setup. Test the new e-mail account.
