Privacy of personal information is an important principle to the iboza group of companies. We are committed to collecting, using and disclosing personal information responsibly and only to the extent necessary for the services we provide. This document describes our privacy policies.
WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?

WHO WE ARE?
Our organizations, iboza.com Inc. and iboza.net Inc. provide Internet Application Development, Maintenance and Hosting services. We periodically use a sub contractor, in the course of our duties, who may have limited access to the personal information we hold. This outsourced service includes an Internet Service Provider. We restrict their access to any personal information we hold and only provide the business information required to provide Internet Services
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Like all Internet Application Development and Hosting organizations, we collect, use and disclose personal information in order to serve our clients.
For our clients, the primary purposes for collecting personal information are as follows: to hold accurate and current contact information, along with methods of payment for our services. Examples of the type of personal information we collect for those purposes include the following: Home address and phone number (if a home based business); banking information (for PAP processes); and credit card information.
HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We collect information only by lawful and fair means and not in an unreasonably intrusive way. In all circumstances, we collect your personal information directly from you, at the set up of our services and in the course of our business relationship.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use your personal information to administer our client (time and billing databases) and to include you in any direct newsletter or marketing activities. If you tell us that you no longer wish to receive information about our industry or our services, we will not send further material.
The iboza group of companies does not disclose your personal information to any third party to enable them to market their products and services.

WHAT ABOUT COOKIES?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that organizations transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable their systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits. - To our bank, to process monthly Pre-Authorized Payments
- To our credit card clearing company, to process credit card transactions

Since we use your personal information for contact and payment purposes, it is important that the information be accurate and up-to-date.

If during the course of our business relationship, any of your information changes, please inform us so that we can make any necessary changes. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.

We understand the importance of protecting personal information. For that reason, we have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal information is kept safe from loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure, including the following steps:
- Premises security;
- Restricted file access to personal information;
- Deploying technological safeguards like security software and firewalls to prevent hacking or unauthorized computer access;
- Internal password and security policies;
- Staff are trained to collect, use and disclose personal information only as necessary to fulfill their duties and in accordance with our privacy policy

HOW SECURE IS INFORMATION ABOUT ME?

You must ensure, when entering personal information through an Internet Application that the security of your information during transmission is protected by the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
